Office Manager

With over 9 years of experience in the periodontal and oral surgery field, Neika brings a wealth of knowledge, a passion for patient care and a strong sense of humor to our team.  Starting as a surgical assistant, she has worked in Arizona, Georgia and has been proudly serving our Colorado community with her deep understanding of both clinical & administrative aspects of the practice.

As the office manager, Neika is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel like family. She believes that building strong relationships with patients is essential to their care & recovery and she takes pride in being a trusted resource for them.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Neika enjoys playing outside and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Colorado. In her free time, she’s an avid Pokémon card collector, amateur chef, and enjoys spending time with her husband & small zoo or getting lost in a new books series.
